slinkypuss asked:

A former partner of my son, also mother of his 6 week old child, persistently makes false allegations against us all, and has done for weeks now. She is known to be unstable and has in the past caused similar problems for other people and goes on doing this, despite polite warnings. Can anyone help? Her allegations are becoming more and more harmful to our family status.

I honestly think you should go to get illegal advice,i get access through the court with out her present and also record and date everything keep any tex or info you can so use it but just remember not to allow this person to come between use due to the pressure of it and never retaliate as you then go to her level

Cut her loose and don’t have anything to do with her. It’s that easy!!!!!

You ask for our advise then you give me a thumbs down. What’s up with that?????

Then its time to sue her for slander, defamation of character. Its probably going to tak desperate measures like this to stop her. You can add harassment to this too. The courts will order her to cease and desist immediately of face contempt charges too
